stunning

My husband put the bed together on his own while we were away. It looks amazing and it seems really sturdy we bought it for our 2yr old daughter to help move her into her own room she loves it so much the transition was easy she feels really special.
I was worried it would be difficult and fiddely to make up but theres more space than i expected and the design means i can still tuck her in.

Positives: Perfect Size, Visually Pleasing, Quality Construction

Beautiful, but looks can be deceiving.

This bed is beautiful, stunning and my girl loves it. However, as stated I struggled with the assembly with holes drilled incorrectly. Also, whilst fitting one of the main beams along the top the cheap wood split!! I asked for a replacement part since I had made 99% of the bed, and instead two men turned up to collect the whole bed! There was no way I was going to dissemble it after the palaver Id had trying the make it. I never heard anything else from customer service which is quite disappointing. The paint chips easily too laying bare the cheap wood underneath. It's such a shame that such a lovely looking product is made so cheaply. Having said that, once we had filled the cracked wooden beam the bed is sturdy.

Pretty bed but very fiddly to assemble

The bed itsself once assembled is beautiful and my daughter is delighted, but there have been many issues to achieving her sleeping in it.[...]!The bed is tricky to assemble you really need two people to do it, some of the pre cut holes are poorly drilled out, some are too deep and some a little too wide which makes lining up and securing the bed quite difficult.You are provided with the exact amount of screws so be careful not to drop any as there are no spares!Currently the bed has a strong smell of the lacquer that was used, I am hoping this is because it is new and the smell will fade.
