In order to ensure you order right first time, use our measuring guide below.
Please take time to measure your feet as you may be wearing the wrong size, and this is generally the case of many people.
If you have a pencil and paper and a tape measure, then you can follow the steps below to measure your feet.
How to measure foot length:
- Ensure you are standing on a level floor with your heel against a wall.
- Place your measure along side the instep of your foot.
- Record the length in millimetres for each foot.
- If you find your feet don't measure the same, don't worry this is quite normal.
- Always use the largest measurement of each foot and match the size chart below.

How to measure foot width:
- Study the diagram below and measure both left and right feet at the widest part of the foot.
- Place the measure under and around the foot at the widest position and again note the measurement in millimetres.

How to read your size:
- From your measurement on length and width, take the larger of each measurements and compare to the chart above.
- Please remember this is just a guide, but it will help you to order more accurately without disappointment.
- As an example of sizes if your foot length was 231mm and your width was 240mm then your foot would measure size 4 EEE.
- Also if your measurements fall in between the figures, then go to the nearest measurement on the chart.
