We send email or text alerts when it arrives at your chosen store.
Collect your parcel when it suits you. We'll hold your parcel for 10 days.
Wrap & label your item and take the parcel to your Convenient Collection point.
The store will give you a receipt with an online tracking code.
Your return is collected and processed.
