Feeling jaded? Need to relax? Then what better way to let your cares and worries melt away than enjoying a proper pampering session at a Spa Day with a friend or loved one?

The Bannatyne Spa offers an environment in which to escape, relax and revitalise. The pool, spa, sauna and steam rooms refresh both body and mind, providing the perfect place to unwind from a stressful world.

With this package you can use all the fitness and leisure facilities as well as receiving a relaxing treatment. Fully trained professional staff will be on hand to help and guide you.

On arrival you will be greeted by a member of staff who will explain the range of facilities and services available to you. Take a relaxing dip in the pool, or unwind in the sauna or steam room before your treatments.

Enjoy a treatment each (approximately 25 minutes in total) from Swedish Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage or facial plus a scalp massage each. Please note that treatments available vary depending on location. Spend the rest of your time taking advantage of the fitness and leisure facilities available to you or simply take the opportunity to just relax.

on arrival they didn't have any slippers ( hate walking by pool side or changing rooms without them)We had our back massage in the same room-towels were wet on massage table - therapists were uninterested and talking with each other during treatment.

A fantastic value for money purchase

Days not stated

I ordered this [...] and it did not state on the website that there was a specific day or time you had to go. Once I opened it, the voucher stated that it was only Monday - Thursday.This should be stated more clearly on the website to save future confusion.

not what it says on the tin

i bought enough vouchers for 14 people when we arrived we was left hanging around for over half hour the robes were worn and and 1 was still damp when we was given we was refused when we tried booking further treatment its was suppose to be 45 min and was only 30 for some of my guest.staff were not a help at all i made a complaint to be told its a private member fitness club and now im taking the complaint further .i wouldnt reccomend this and certainly wont be doing at agin i went chafford hundred

" Fantastic gift idea. "

Bought this as a gift for Xmas for my mum and sis for use at Bannatynes in Barnsley. They absolutely loved the experience and said they were made to feel very welcome, and couldn't have wished for more friendly and helpful staff.The treatments and facilities were top notch, couldn't have picked a more perfect gift, they loved it!!

Fab day out

Had such a fab day at the spa, went for my birthday with a friend and it was great. Will go back again in a few weeks!
