Overpriced and misrepresented product.

There was no point in booking through Litlewoods or Virgin. The additional time and hassle cost[$] more + cost of phone calls[...]

Positives: Did provide a thrill

Negatives: Very poor booking system, Cars described not used, Poorly Organised
