Brilliant product!

Delivery was swift to my collection point. Straight forward to assemble. Instuction I feel are clear. Just used it for the first time and its done a fab job. Quite scary how dirty my carpet was!

Looks great but it's not great

I bought this to clean some stains that are on my carpet. I managed to clean only a small area in an hour as I had to go over the same area again and again. The cleaning shampoo finished in no time yet the carpet is not clean.The machine removed some dirt but did not wash the carpet as I thought it would. My first choice was the Rapide Classic but I thought since this has a hose it might be better but I now regret purchasing it. Maybe the Rapide Classic would have been better.

Brilliant! Every home should have one.

I bought this carpet washer with consideration to budget and reviews. I found it was easy to assemble and simple to use. It does everything I expected and attachments are accessible when required to use. There is nothing fiddly or complicated about this machine.

sucks up welll

best carpet cleaner i have ever bought it is lightweight easy to use dosen't need alot of solution,one bottle does a 3 bedroom house.The cleaner sucks up more dirt then you think is in the carpets.

"Does What it Says on The Tin"

This product took a while to put together but once you get over that hurdle its fantastic. Its value for money and is great for refreshing carpets. I could not believe the amount of dirt it brought up. Dont waste your money on the expensive washers as this does exacly the same thing. The only downside i would put out there is the clean water tank doesnt hold a massive amount of water so is abit of a pain when having to fill it regulary. Other then that this product is great, very light, Cleans well and takes that old look out of your carpets. :]

excellent product

It was totally a build it yourself item. Not one bit was fixed together. So took a while to build. The actual cleaning result was fantastic. Carpet was left almost dry straight after cleaning. Carpet looks like new, can't wait to do the stairs next. My mum and sister want to borrow it when I'm done as they're so impressed with the results.

cleans ground in stains from carpets

cleans carpets very well as mine had some bad stains, but would recommend wearing ear plugs when using as its very noisy

Now my carpets look new again

I thought I would have to buy all new carpets and desided to buy a Vax carpet cleaner instead, glad I did now my carpets look new again.
