I was eager to get this when I saw it, very good price which pretty much matches the prices I have seen elsewhere. The impression I got from it`s description and other comments was that it would be easy to use and give fast impressive results.

Unfortunately it has not been what I hoped for, on first use I had problems with the cloth keep falling off it while using it, I did solve this problem by really pulling it on really tight to the mop head and pulling the string tightly.

When it comes to performance it does steam well, but even though you would think it would be easy to clean it`s not that easy. For some stains you need to keep it in place to steam it, even then you mostly need to scrub hard at it for a while before it starts to clean up.

I have used it on my tiles in both my kitchen and bathroom, it took effort in the bathroom but I got pretty good results and could not deny the evidence on the cloth when I finished. It took some time to do though.

In my kitchen it was able to get up most of the stubborn stains which my normal mop couldn`t shift, however it again took a lot of effort and took quite some time, and there are still some stains which I hoped it would have lifted but it failed to.

In both cases I used my old mop with floor cleaner to finish them up and freshen them.

The machine is well designed, functions as it should and when you get the hang of it, it is easy to use, but it`s not quite the godsend you expect.
