When the citizens of Sylvania are ready for a holiday or want to hold a big celebration, such as a wedding or a birthday, then the Regency Hotel is the ideal venue.

After a long day playing out in the snow or wondering in the hills of Sylvania the Cosy Lving Room Furniture set contains a comfy sofa, a book case with books and board games on and real glowing woodburning stove.

Meet the adorable Meerkat family, otherwise known as the Spotters, who have joined the much-loved Sylvanian Families.

Father Harry Spotter is the most alert and watchful creature in Sylvania - and it's a good job because he's in charge of making sure there are no wildfires in the forest.
