My week old son had been really ill with breathing problems and when he was given the all clear to come home from the hospital I was over the moon but also worried about his breathing at night. This product allowed me to get some much needed sleep knowing his breathing was been monitored and allowed me to relax about having him home. I have this set up in his Moses basket and it works perfectly.

crystal clear

My current tommee tippe monitor broke,[...] . the monitor is brilliant in sound compared to the older model we had, its actually crystal clear and I have to check the monitor is on as I can't hear anything no interference at all with this one. Alarm is good but more false alarms on this one repeadately but maybe been a connection, never had this with old one. to be expected with these monitors

great device can put my 5 week old little girl to bed knowing shes ok and leave it on tru the night know the alarm will go of if god forbid shes stops breathing just remember to turn the pad on and off when u take baby from the cot and it says its not designed for travel cots and Moses baskets but i used it in mine and it worked fine.

This item is great, i recently brought it for my sister as she was going to bed at the same time as her daughter as she didnt have a monitor, however when i got her this she loved it!! it detects the babys heart beat and the movement! Only downfall is if the cot mattress is thick the alarm will go off as it doesnt detect the movement as good. My other sister is now pregnant and i intend to by the same monitor for her too!

Fantastic peace of mind

We took a risk ordering this as we previously had the Ultimate analogue version - we were not impressed with that as the sound quality was terrible and it stopped working. However, the difference in sound quality with this digital version is amazing and we are pleased we upgraded to it. The parent unit is also chargeable and therefore much more portable than the analogue version, which had to be plugged in all the time. It also gives us peace of mind that our daughter is ok without feeling the need to constantly check on her and risk disturbing her. The only negative is the night light, which is much dimmer than on the older model. Other than that I would highly recommend this, one of our best baby buys, especially at the sale price!!

Bought this to replace the original analogue version we had for our first baby. The two are poles apart! Analogue version picked up so much interference to the extent that we could hear other random babies not even in our house.....no such problems with this one. Works so much better and the re-chargeable parent unit is a godsend. I would definitely recommend this to any new parents.
