Good updated version of TomTom.

My 2 year old TomTom needed the maps updating on it but this costs a third of the amount a new one cost which has lifetime map updates already included so it was a no-brainer really. The integrated mount is useful so there are no extra bulky bits of kit to carry and the rotating device screen means I can still mount it on my trusty navman bean bag. The price at Very was also VERY competitive; so I treated myself. The connection to the My TomTom website for updating has been a bit hit and miss though as it sometimes come up with a 'there is a problem with your device' message, and the PC will say it is updating when the device isn't receiving the update at all. However, with only a little persistence I have got it to work.

Positives: Easy to use, Voice control, Slimline design, Big clear screen, Anyway Up Screen, Handy Integrated Mount, Free Maps

Negatives: No Curly Cords, Temperamental Connection
