This charming Sylvanian Families Regency Hotel is the perfect place for the lovable animal characters to relax and enjoy themselves.

When the citizens of Sylvania are ready for a holiday or want to hold a big celebration, such as a wedding or a birthday, then the Regency Hotel is the ideal venue.

The Regency Hotel is a magnificent building with 3 storeys and 9 rooms. It can be opened or closed and has stained glass windows, a working chandelier light (battery included), roof terrace, window boxes and a balcony over the porch.

Internal accessories include a reception desk, pigeon holes and luggage trolley with cases.

Excellent for role playing my daughter will play for hours with excellent choice of sylvanian items to choose from.

just bought this for my daughter for christmas and dont want to open the box on her. its her first in the sulvanian collection. i just really need to know what comes with it.....do i need to order extra bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room furniture???????????

So pleased

This is a Christmas present for my daughters... really adorable but I agree with some of the other reviews that it does look a little cheap... however there are some really pretty touches eg. the stained 'glass' windows. Overall its lovely but the quality isn't quite what you expect from this brand.

Sylvanian families at its Best.

This is amazing.Instead of buying the smaller houses invest in the Hotel for your sylvanian mad child.Really large with plenty of space.My Daughter is not expecting this from santa but I know her face will light up.Worth paying the extra.Would recommend.
