Biggest load of rubbish I've ever bought

This is the heaviest Hoover I've ever owned, and I've got through a lot of hoovers!
I vacuum every day sometimes twice and it kills my back!
It is very plasticky and yes it was cheap but I will be saying goodbye to it and getting back to vax lightweight hoovers they're the best.

great product

was a bit worried when i read some of the comments,but have to say this is fantastic ..hose really long so reaches to the top of the stairs, brings up the carpets like new ..very powerful and easy to use, just a little noisy but can put up with it ..

Very good vacuum

Really pleased with this hoover.It's quite compact and doesn't use much storage space.The suction is very powerful-thought it was going to lift the carpet!

does what it says on the box

Its not big but it does everything i need, the hose is long enough to reach from bottom to top of the stairs. All in all a great vacuum.

great product does what it says

i could not believe how much dirt it got out of my carpet even though i had been using my old one every day the hose reaches full length of the stairs good on laminate floors even kitchen tiles best hoover that i have ever had i would recommend this hoover to anyone 5*

I would buy this product again

i have a black lanrador dog and was finding vacuuming his hairs up quite bad but with this product it only takes the once

superb!

I really can't fault this product. i have 3 dogs, one of which maults constantly. this vacuum cleaner is fantastic on tiled floors, laminate and carpets. I have even used it on my sofa and curtains and the tools are great for blinds and light fittings.I live in a 3 bed semi and the flex easily reaches most rooms when still plugged in upstairs. oh yes, it is easy to use on the stairs too!
