Nice as a shake but also very nice on cereal and pancakes. Great idea to use it to replace sugar that you'd normally sprinkle over things, not only does it add a nice flavour but cutting out excess sugars in the diet helps you testosterone levels i.e. helping muscle gains.
You do get a 50ml scoop in the tub, I thought there wasn't one included to start with but after a few days of using a spoon I found it buried in the powder.
Good taste and fast results so far (especially since I'm a "hard-gainer"), only problem is that it tends to create a lumpy mix no matter how well you whisk it.

Tastes pretty nice, tends to go a bit lumpy though. I personally find it best to pour out a shot glass of warm water into a mug, then whisk in the 2 scoops to minimise the lumpiness. Then add a little milk after whisked.
When you first open the tub you may be wondering where the scoop is, it is in the tub but mine was burried under a lot of the powder so I didn't find it until 3 days after using it.

the shake is easier to mix than other shakes iv used and tastes much better but iv only ever had maximuscle and other holland and barret products.
to mix it smooth i find it easier to add i small bit of milk then half a scoop,mix it with a fork, add the other half of scoop, add a little more milk and do half scoop mix and half again mix then top up the rest of the milk, comes out nice and smooth. mixing instructions on the tub when i followed them it was quite lumpy but as i said better than other sakes.
only early days of using it but i hope it gives me good gains in the end
