Samsung Galaxy Mini Smartphone Sim Free - Black

This is the worst phone I have ever bought. After breaking my wonderful, very expensive smartphone in a motorbike accident, I just wanted was a basic phone to call, text and use whatsapp so people could still contact me but its barely even capable of managing that.
The phone is full of useless pre-installed apps which take up internal memory space (something which could be considered precious considering the tiny amount of internal storage the phone comes with anyway!). You can't uninstall any of these apps either so you're stuck with them taking up space on your phone so whenever my phone goes to automatically update these pointless apps and whatsapp, the phone goes so slow I can't even use it and I'm forever getting notifications that i have insufficient storage space!!

I also have problems with the WiFi connection. This is nothing to do with my Internet provider as everything else that's wireless works perfectly well but on the phone I am always getting "connection lost" notifications which is also frustrating as I know full well this problem is down to the incompetency of the phone.

The phone also feels very cheap. The back case is a flimsy plastic and the buttons on the front are quite ugly and cumbersome. The keyboard is shockingly bad. I am a young woman with skinny fingers and even I struggle with pressing the correct keys! Also when i start typing a word and input a wrong letter the auto-correct and suggestions are so ridiculous I do not know how they're connected to what I wanted to type. And if I spell a word correctly, sometimes the phone will change it to something completely different because the phone thinks there is a problem with the sentence even though I haven't finished typing! It's annoying having to go back and correct everything before pressing send because the phone has a mind of its own.

I am really annoyed that I paid ��100 for this piece of rubbish as i was expecting something a little more advanced for that price tag. I would have expected to pay no more than ��50 for this handset and feel it is a complete rip off.

I would never recommend this phone to a friend. Absolute waste of money and needless to say I will be buying a much better phone with my Christmas money!
