Irresistable bargain.

I love these resistance tubes. They are easy to use and have really comfortable handles. I love the way you can adjust the length to suit. So many items seem to assume everyone is 6 feet tall. With these adjustable length tubes, I can set the length to suit me and have a really good work out. They are great for working upper and lower body muscle groups. I can sit and watch the telly and work on my biceps and triceps, (bye-bye bingo wings). My only complaint is that they could have put more exercises on the fitness guide. I have ordered another set for my daughter in law as she was also very impressed with them.

Cheap and cheerful?

This product is easy to use and comes with suggestions for use but some moves cause the hard plastic handles to make contact with my wrist bones which hurts a little on impact and the area has become bruised. Having said that however, I will still continue to use them because the benefits outweigh the one negative
