Great idea!

Just what I was looking for! Heavier than I thought they would be! They can get a bit uncomfortable after a while but my ankles are quiet skinny tho! Perfect for a bit of resistance when I walk my dog!

Good

I use these when I cycle to work (looks a bit weird but rly helps and as they are pink it's ok!) they are comfortable and not too bulky or big. The quality is very good and they stay on for the whole 30 minute bike ride. Def recommend these. They help me tone my legs and burn off more calories when cycling. Adjustable velcro strap is very strong. Doesn't rub like some do on your ankles.

I ordered these as i need to tone up & thought these i can wear while doing the housework! I wear them for that & after i have done i can feel that i have worn them!
