Get fit in the office

I brought 2 - one for home and one for the office. Good if you have a bad back for sit ups and for use in stead of a chair if you are office bound - helps strenthen the core muscles just by sitting on it. Can't get easier than that.

Nice ball terrible dvd!

I use this product for some light exersise. It is nice looking and does the job but the dvd that comes with this is very short and very boring! I am recommending the ball but not the dvd!

Positives: Quiet, Easy To Set Up, Sturdy, Comfortable
