Swarovski heart vase

The delivery was prompt but the returns service is terrible, no invoice in the box or returns label.
Arranged for item to be collected and the courier did not turn up til 4pm the next day. I tried to send it back via the Royal Mail but they would allow the return as no label for the return provided. I would not use very ever again, poor customer service

the perfect gift

i thought this was a lovely gift for my best friends wedding as it is personalised with their special date and can be used for flowers or retty enought just to leave as decoration or she can fill it with fake petals and coloured stones

Dont bother

Waste of time ordering this item looked ok when arrived not worth the money though,to top it off inscription was wrong too!!didnt seem engraved more like scratched on.Sent it straight back proper disappointed as for friends wedding.

Not engraved vase

I was very excited to receive 3 of these beautiful vases to give as gifts at my wedding...however, these vases are NOT engraved as described. They are printed, and give the vase a 'cheap' appearance, also the printing IS quite small. Very disapointed. [...]

My son was best man at his friends wedding and I purchased the vase and had it personalised.

This was a leaving gift for a colleague, it was wonderful to be able to personlise it as it will be something she will always have as a reminder.
