The Panasonic TX-P47ET5B also comes with 4 FREE pairs of 3D glasses. These passive 3D glasses use polarised lenses to separate the images on screen, leaving your brain to do the rest. They're light, comfortable and easy to replace with no batteries. Plus they use the same format as Sky 3D.

Smart VIERA links you into a superb internet service (broadband connection required), including web apps and social media. You can also download Smart Viera apps and stream from your PC or mobile device (web browser does not support Flash content).

Brilliant

This TV is great and I can't believe the price and deal with DVD player too. Shame there is no grogramme record option nor pause real time which is something I got used to with my digibox. But I would recommend it highly.

Stunning!

I did a lot of research into this TV and have not been let down.

The design is stunning, passive 3D is definitely a great alternative to active 3D.

Picture quality is phenomenal, I have a fairly brightly lit room and the TV performs great. I used a professional blu-ray calibration disc and found that out of the box the settings were very close which is great. (I think this has something to do with the TV asking whether it's going to be in a store or at home on the first start). Smart TV stuff is cool though not mind blowing.

I couldn't recommend this TV more.

I don't need the cinema anymore, the 3d is fan and the smart make it out of this world. [...]
