Nice Item shame about the Customer Serv

Used for texts, phone calls, small amount of web browsing and calendar organiser. Lovely looking item, easy to navigate, keys larger than some similar models, Nokia send little helpfull tips. However during telephone conversations the sound is a little tinny and although I have only had to recharge the battery once since having this item, if recharged from completely flat it only set the time at the time the phone loses power.
