Camera Not working

My sister bought this phone for me however when I tried using the camera the picture freeze on the screen and will not save and then I have to turn off the phone to use it again. So what is wrong what should I do.Apart from that I love this phone.

i use this product for personal use and it was just so easy to use.normally need my children to explain how to use new phone but not this time . would def buy another one or recommend it to any one.

good phone

Bought the phone as a present for my 56 years old aunty, she says its great and easy to use even for her ( she is really bad with phones and PCs lol) battery lasts very long, wich is a plus.
