10 minutes of vibration exercise on the Motive OP1/20 Vibro Plate equals 1 hour of normal exercise!

Reduce fat and tone up to improve muscle definition – if used correctly, the Motive Vibro Plate provides a major time saving compared to normal workouts, allowing you to reach your goals quicker.

The built-in computer offers 3 preset programmes and 50 levels of oscillating speed that are great for building fitness, helping flexibility, circulation, hormone secretion, metabolic rate, muscle development and fatty tissue reduction.

Vibration training is popular among top athletes and NASA astronauts as an effective and efficient in achieving muscular development and flexibility, plus a reduction of fatty tissue.

The Motive OP1/20 Vibro Plate can also be used to help with aches and pains or as an effective warm-down after a workout. High density foam padded handgrips and additional resistance straps.

3 screen LED with programme modes - body mass index value, speed and time (minutes/seconds) modes. 1.5HP constant rated DC motor with a micro processor based PWM (Pulse Width Modulator) motor controller.

"Shaking All Over"

This is my second Vibro Plate I have owed and they are out of this world. I call it the lazy persons excercise machine as you really do not have to do much.

Positives: Easy To Set Up, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Quiet, Easy Storage, Sturdy, Fast Results

[...]i haven't been off this since i got it. Love it, does exactly what it says and all my friends have been round trying it out as well...i'd say it was better than the machines in flabeous.

I would buy this product again and again

Have used every day since I bought it. Love it. My daughter and her friend both recommend it as well as they have both been using it as well.

I love this machine !! I have used everyday for 2 week,s 20 min sessions. The results are brilliant, thighs are much firmer and I have lost inches of thighs and waist. You can feel your muscles aching the following day ! highly reccomend !
Only one complaint, and thats the plate its self, when you have to put your hands on it or sit on it, the ridges make it really uncomfortable, could do with a padded cover.

Negatives: Uncomfortable, Bulky
