Excellent ironing but heavy

I have ordered this even after the comments of being heavy as it was the only iron in my price range with stainless steel plate. It produces excellent results in regards to ironing, but I have to agree with other comments that it is rather heavy. I have taken to not fully filling it and re-filling as I go along. My other pet hate is that a great amount of the steam comes out when lifting the iron and putting it standing up or on the side in order to move your garment. It feels that a lot f steam is wasted. Having said that the results are excellent, so I am very happy overall with the purchase.

Best Iron I've had

Reading some reviews I was a bit apprehensive that the iron might be too heavy for me but it's not! It simply glides over things. The first thing I dry ironed was a dry linen table cover & I was amazed how well the iron got most of the creases out. My old iron used to drip when on a steam setting but this one doesn't. It's perfect.

Best Iron

This iron is by far the best that I have used, it glides across anything that you have to iron,the iron is not to heavy and has a long lead on it, I would recommend this iron to you all, happy ironing.

Powerful and easy to use

Substantial iron, that irons out creases in even the most crumpled shirt! Very impressed. A bit heavier than I'm used to, but as it did the job I didn't mind.

Fantastic Iron

cord is quite long and worked great is used every week and had no problems with it. It is a little heavy when filled with water but i have no complaints at all.

Powerful and easy to use

This is a powerful iron which is easy to use. The steam function works well on clothes. It isn't the lightest iron I have used, but that is far outweighed by the quality of ironing it produces.
