Well packaged bed!!

[...]came in 3 boxes, all labelled very well, the upholstered parts are wrapped well in protective plastic, so all good underneath, I hope! Not opened as yet, as for a new extended bedroom which is not ready yet! The mattress, as expected, is not a full memory foam, it is typical of the cheaper sprung ones only with a very thin layer of memory foam on the top surface. OK for the price though! The bed is for my 12 year old daughter who requested a white bed, but all the wooden ones seemed to be out of stock so I opted for this leather look one, hope she approves of this bed!

cheaply ,made poor quality - collapsed!!

On the face of it, the bed seemed a good option to buy, but when the bed was delivered I was disappointed in the cheap build quality.Here-in lies the problem,This bed like most double/king sized beds. It comes with three struts in the centre to displace the weight of the mattress and you, which are placed in a central metal beam. However, the king-size bed I bought was so cheap and light that it always moved across the floor when getting in and out of it(our bedroom floor is laminated so no carpet).There are no rubbers on the feet or the struts to stop this, just the cheap wood hence the bed constantly slips and slides. As a consequence of the bed slipping and sliding, the central support struts must have moved therefore offering no support to the central bed beam and finally in the 3rd week of ownership, my partner and I were rudely awoken by the bed collapsing when got up in the night!The manufacturer should either provide rubber feet or point out that the floor needs to be carpeted to avoid the lightweight cheap frame sliding around.Avoid at all costs![...]

Great Bed

This bed is the best I've had, it looks good and with the memory foam mattress I got with it, have had nothing but good night sleeps. I am very happy with my purchase.
