Good!

I've been having on of these for breakfast every day for the last week. I make them the night before and leave to chill in the fridge as it makes it thicker/smoother. I love the taste and I actually look foward to having my morning shake! I've also lost a couple of pounds this week. I can't competely put it down to the shakes as I have been making an effort to lose weight, but I think they helped. The only downside is it doesn't really keep me filled up till lunch. I have it aroun 8am and I'm hungry by 11ish.

mmm chocolate!

I got a clear shaker from this catalogue with a blue lid that screwed on easily & has a flip top drinker opening, it has the measurements on the side ��� As for the Maxitone Sculptress shake it is early days so I will repost you later, so far can rec to you THIS SHAKE IS ADDED TO WATER! BRILL! the taste is not compromised. The chocolate flavour is a bonus I do not want any other chocolate! this is doing me good already and my face and body is less bloated after week one.

Positives: Smooth, Balanced Sweetness, Delicious
