Le Creuset 3-ply stainless steel non-stick products are ideal for healthier cooking with little or no fat. The reinforced non-stick surface is tough and durable whilst offering excellent food release and ease of cleaning. Suitable for use on all types of hob, including induction, the pans are also oven safe to 220°C/Gas Mark 7 and are dishwasher safe. Disappointed

No different to cheaper metal type pans,poor heat transfer,would not recommend for induction hob.

Wish I had bought one years ago

No worries about food burning or sticking.The pan is very reliable and the heat is distributed evenly.Very good for omlettes.Wish I had invested in a similar one years ago.Will be replacing all my pans.Best feature is cooking with little or no oil,much healthier.Pan is ovenproof,so can easily move from hob to finish off in the oven.
