This is not none stick. This cast iron frying pan from Le Creuset is a versatile and stylish addition to your cookware collection. Measuring a hearty 26cm, suitable for all heat sources (yes, even induction!), you can use it on the hob or pop it in the oven (the phenolic handle is safe up to 190 degrees Celsius). The coating is satin black enamel which provides a very tough and durable surface for cooking and cleaning. It can have easy food release properties which are only enhanced once a natural surface patina develops.

Good quality but heavy

I find this very heavy but then it is cast , it has the extra lip for 2 handed use , unless your Arnold Schwartzeneger dont try flipping pancakes in it !! Fed up with buying expensive non stick pans ,i have gone for something that may well last longer i find this one has a very level surface , takes a tad longer to heat but retains its heat at a much lower setting , its also very even over the pan surface .

Easy enough to clean and it has some amazing colours .

Positives: Easy To Clean, Retains Heat, Durable, Handle Stays Cool, Distributes Heat Evenly

stylish

it may be expensive the le creuset range but in the long run it is value for money if looked after correctly and it is so stylish it will blend in to most kitchens

Just as you'd expect....

everything was exactly as I expected. Great quality: simply the best cookware in the world.
