Quality Control

I have now ordered three of these curtain and hoping for third time lucky. It is just what I am looking for and appears a quality product. On two occasions now there has been a problem with the finials. The first one would not tighten up and the second when tightened up was not straight. I am sure better quality control or checking system of some time would eliminate this problem. As I said earlier I really like the product and an hoping for third time lucky.
