Cryotex Knives. Set of three plus a chopping board. The knives are a drem to work with. would recommend them. I am using them profe3ssionally. The choppiong board is also very nice.

Really good knives but I will add, keep your fingers clear when cutting they are very very sharp. Good craftsmen ship,do not bend and easy to clean

I went for this set due to the write up and the positive reviews, even though I felt [$]was a little expensive for 3 knives I decided to take the chance but now wish I hadn't bothered. First thing I noticed was that one of the sheaths was not a tight fit and kept just falling off and that one of the Cryotex red plastic branded plates on the handle was half hanging off on one of the knives, then came the big test. I tried each knife on something hard and crunchy and on something soft and squidgy, to say I was disappointed with the performance is a huge understatement, the cutting action was barely better than my very old, very cheap set of knives. The weight and balance when I was holding them did not feel right either, especially the large chefs knife. The board was a nice addition and that's the only reason why i've given 2 stars instead of one. [...]

best knife set I have ever purchased. Very sharp. Like slicing through butter when used on salad ,fruit & veg. Free cutting board is a bonus.
