dont waste your money-

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY EVER- GOT AT BARGAIN PRICE WITH 3 YEARS EXTRA COVER, BUT IN REALITY UNLESS YOU ARE A SINGLE PERSON OR VERY SMALL FAMILY DONT BOTHER. COME WITHOUT COOKER WIRE TO CONNECT TO MAINS. COMPLICATED INSTALL. THE BIG CAPACITY OVEN IS NOT BIG WHEN YOU CAN NOT USE THE FLOOR OF THE OVEN OR PUT ANYTHING NEAR THE TOP AS BOTH CHARCOAL THE FOOD.U CAN ONLY COOK FOOD IN THE 2 MIDDLE RUNGS OF OVEN AND IT COOKS UNEVEN.THE ELEMENT IS PLACE VERY STUPIDLY IN THE TOP OF THE OVENS ROOF SO IF YOU PUT FOOD TO NEAR IT GRILLS THE FOOD. THE TEMPERATURE GOES UP TO 250 BUT THIS IS NOT CORRECT AS IT DOES NOT GET AS HOT AS MY PREVIOUS ELECTRIC OVEN. The worst cooker i have ever brought.

The grill has only one cooking shelf,which is ridiculous as your food is either cremated or takes ages to cook, if it is put on the bottom of the grill.Also the cooker does not slide in and out very easily.You cannot use all the thermostat settings on the grill,as they are no use to you.Top oven element is exposed,so nothing to protect it or stop you from burning yourself.Very disappointed.
