Worst buy ever ! Big mistake ....

The washing machine is fine but the dryer is awful worst product I have ever bought !! Your clothes come out all creased and there is a foul smell comes from the dryer.

Positives: Large Capacity

Negatives: Noisy, Creased on laundry, Worst Dryer Ever

WORST BUY I HAVE EVER MADE

It took 5 and half hours to wash and dry 2 pairs of jeans which came out so badly creased that they are ruined and the creases still havent came out after 2 washed and being hung outside to dry. The dryer operating on its own clothes came out more wet after 90 mins than when they went in.

Negatives: Detergent reside on dispenser drawer, Noisy, Breaks Down, Creased on laundry, Shakes/Moves

Nice Machine, but let down by few things

Ok, so i am not going to fault this machine as it does as its meant to but the prroblem i have is that, 1. Yes its A rated enegy efficient which is great but what it doesnt tell you is it takes twice as long to wash clothes, never have i had a washing machine that takes 3hrs for white wash! yes there is a button to press for time saver which will half that but why not have a button to add the time rather than take it as most people would probably rather that than have to press that button every load! which leads me on to point 2, when I read timer in the description when buying i assumed it meant delay, no, its just this time saver button! 3, the noise when spinning is deafening if you happen to be working in the kitchen, there goes setting before i go to bed for use at reduced electric rates! 4, drying takes forever, ok thats fine, but if you do decide its taking too long then tuff luck as once its going you cant stop it until its finished, unless you do what i done the first time and turn it off then open door, but not advisable as my face was met by a gush of hot steam! Now believe it or not, I DO ACTUALLY LIKE THIS MACHINE, its nice, looks geat and does do what its meant to but you shouldnt have to do so much "personalising" to get the results you want.
