a dream machine!!!

i debated buying this, because it's not cheap, but i'm so glad i did. this is a dream washing machine. It's so quite, u don't even know it's on. my old 6kg machine was to small, but this 11kg drum is a dream. i can wash darks, whites, and mixed in 3 easy loads. as i been told many times u get what u pay for and u certainly do with this machine, i truly recommend this

Excellent machine, had a cheap one before but this is definitely worth the extra pennies. Fully reccomended.

Fab Machine

This washing machine is amazing!
I installed this myself (who needs a man!!) and is really simple and self explainatory to use.
This machine has been a god send and now instead of finding my wshing basket is always overflowing, i now cant find enough washing to make a full load sometimes!
Nothing bad to say about this machine.

Great for keeping washing pile down

This is definately an upgrade on my 8kg Hoover. Its unbelievably quiet and I often mistake it on full spin as a pan of water being left on the boil lol. I love the settings and the steam clean is very useful for freshening up woolens. My only issue with the washing machine is that if you overload the machine it will become stuck on the end of the wash cycle as it struggles to balance the load before spin. That can hardly be a fault on the machine though more the user (my hubby) who tends not to care how much washing may weigh in the end. If I was asked to recommend this I would do it a million times over. Its fantastic for me, a busy working mum who doesn't have time to worry about the washing.

not happy

washing machine is lovely but have had 4 repairs in the 6 months of getting the machine and another repair happening very soon for a second new pump, would not reccomend this machine as i dont think hotpoint have done a very good job they have tried to have a big machine but it is terrible for repairs and soooooo noisey when used to full load capacity
