design fault

This is my second adventure 3 as the first one was a complete disaster and this one has developed the same fault. The two bolts at the front of each side underneath treadmill loosen every few days and constantly need tightening,as they loosen they make the most horrendous squeeking and clicking noises.Eventualy the bolts move around so much that they make the hole bigger and then cant be tightened up. If horizon sorted this problem out it would be a very good treadmill
