WORSE THING I HAVE BROUGHT

this is a really poor product.. DO NOT buy it.. i only used it 3 time and it has bruised my bottom. I had to put 2 cusshion on the seat to make it just a little confortable. It is nothing like the one on TV and definitely not the same one on the DVD they provide. The product seems like it could work but the quality is so poor your best of buying someonthing else that could give you the same results.

Sit ups made easy

I couldn't do sit ups before as it strained my back. Now i can do 1000's thanx to the great design and helpful back rest that eases you back up again. It folds away nicely under my bed so i can just pull it out when i want to use it. Putting it together was easy too, anyone can do it

cheap and easily broken

this aint a great product. it breaks easily and i got to tighten bolts after 3 or 4 uses.

Brilliant

Easy top assemble and use.

Doesn't feel as harsh as doing sit ups on your own but when you get off it you can feel that it has worked.
I hate doing sit ups unaided and this made life a lot easier.

I would deffo recommend this!

Great product

Great design, light weight and easy to use
I've been using this every day for the past 4 weeks and it makes doing 300-500 sit ups very easy, I'm now doing close to 1,000 a day and Im starting to see the results! After starting with a small belly I can now see the start of a six pack developing. Would buy again!

Ok if you have a weak core to start with

I was very excited about getting this product after reading the reviews it sounded promising, but after trying it out myself I was very disappointed. However I do believe that if you have a seriously weak core this will suit you.

not worth it

hi bought this product after reading the reveiws, who actually writes them. it is a good design but doesnt go far enough back and it is made of flimsey materials just not sturdy enough. after trying it out and watching the dvd, i then tried on my own without the machine and i could feel the pull better on my abs,much better, just doesnt go back far enough to feel it working, needs re-modelling. with this i am sending it back, not worth the money. SORRY.

Oh yeah, blast these Abs

110% absolutely brilliant, what a product, this definitely strengthens the abs, to feel the difference I recomended to do the crunches slowly rather than at a high speed, that way you will feel more, also I recommend watching the DVD as it really helps, the additional items are great too, now I can train my abs at home thanks to total core Delux..[...]
