Where's my phone?

I have recently moved into a new home and I needed a phone. The look of this one is exactly what I wanted. I ordered it on the 11th February. After chasing up on where the item was, I was told I had to wait until the 26th March before they could look into it further. I was then told I would have to wait until the 29th April. I cancelled my order. The phone might be as great as the other ratings suggest but from my experience it gets a 1 star.
