You'll arrive at the centre at your allotted time and be given a safety briefing. After that you'll be whisked off to your first adrenaline activity the 250ft Zip Wire. This is the longest indoor zip wire in the world and reaches speeds of up to 30mph. Then it's off to abseil into The Abyss from the rafters of The Face of Steel. Having done that you'll be getting braver by the minute so the 150ft Parachute Descender will be next: the newest extreme experience in the world where you will feel the rush of gravity before the braking system will let you fall safely onto terra firma. Ever wondered what it would be like to roll down a ski slope in a giant inflatable ball? Well, now's your chance at the World's first indoor snow sphereing centre. This experience isn't for the faint hearted and will be sure to get your pulse racing, as you fly down the slope at speeds of up to 30mph in a Snow Sphere. At temperatures of -2.5°c and 4Gs of pressure this experience will leave you exhilarated. Upon arrival at the venue you will get checked in at ground control, before you are taken through with your group to the briefing room where you will watch a health and safety video and sign a statement of risk confirming you have understood the risks associated with Snow Sphereing. Then it's into the changing rooms where you will put on your flight suits and harnesses. Once this is done you'll walk up the hill in the snow as you get ready to roll down the slope. The Bungee Catapult is the ultimate way to experience soaring through the air like a bird. Launched by David Hasselhof on ITV's Red or Black show in 2011, the Bungee Catapult is a whole new way of Bungee jumping brought to you by the UK's market leaders. Unlike the classic bungee jump, participants start from the ground and are propelled 160 feet in reverse, in a human catrapult experience. First, as with all Bungee jumping, you are weighed and then fitted into a full body harness. After various health and safety checks you are led to the launch pad ready for lift off. The Bungee cord is attached and the 160 feet high slack is taken up by the crane. Suspended in mid air, your heart is in your mouth, as the jumpmaster shouts '3 2 1 Bungee' and then pulls the rip cord to send you hurtling into the air.
