Kick off with refreshments at the world famous home to Liverpool Football Club, followed by an exclusive guided tour of Anfield for behind the scenes insights and all the dressing room tales! You'll have the opportunity to touch the famous 'This is Anfield' sign as you follow in the footsteps of your favourite football stars. Visit the press room and home team dressing room and have the feel like Shankly and Paisley when you sit in the Manager's dug-out. You will also visit the LFC Museum to soak up the history of the Club and see those impressive five European trophies. Then settle down to a three-course meal and drink (a bottle of beer, glass of wine or a soft drink each) served in an Executive Box overlooking the pitch. You'll be accompanied by an LFC Legend including household names such as John Aldridge, Jan Molby, Phil Neal, Alan Kennedy plus many more. They will host a question and answer session during which you'll discover the truth behind rumours, after which there is an opportunity for photos. You'll also each receive a commemorative certificate of your day and a limited edition Liverpool Football Club gift. Location: Merseyside - Liverpool. This is where it starts - the road to pop stardom! With this experience you will get a taste of the music business. Using the best studio equipment and friendly, helpful engineers and staff you will be able to sing a song of your choice from a backing track.

This really is taking Karake to the ultimate level. You will make your own recording in a real recording studio and have a CD to remind you of the experience forever. After choosing your backing track from the library, a professional engineer will rcord one or mor takes of your performances, fitter it if required and lay it down via a mixing desk onto a master CD which will be yours to take away with you.

This intense six hour New You Boot Camp workout is designed to energise you and rev up your metabolism; it's a true military workout which will help you progress your fitness and totally educate you.

You will experience six hours of exercise and training; more exercise than most people
do in a week, so why not spend the day and get your week's worth of exercise out of the way whilst having fun.
All sessions are based on the key principals from the New You Boot Camp programs and include: Parade, Section Attack, Command Tasks, Battle PT, Leopard Crawling, Log Runs, Body Pump, Boxing, Skipping, Team Games, Scramble Net Obstacle Courses and Circuit Training.

Location: Richmond Park, Surrey; Finsbury Park, London.

You are recommended to have good trainers, comfortable training kit, a jumper and water proof jacket and trousers. Please allow 8 hours for the full experience. This experience takes place once a month at each venue, usually on a Saturday.

As availability can be limited please book four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

This week long boot camp runs from Friday to Friday and is a residential women only course of high intensity physical training supported by an expert team to help you achieve your goals. You will lose both weight and inches. During your week long stay you will be provided with nutritionally balanced food and the expert emotional support
needed to tackle this inspiring yet tough week; pushing yourself to reach personal goals that you thought were impossible to achieve. You will probably find this to be the most challenging yet invigorating thing you have ever done.

On your first day arrival is at 3pm and after a short introduction by our camp manager and trainers you will be individually weighed and measured (this does not happen in front of everyone). Once this is done you will have a short one to one chat with the trainers to explain what you hope to get out of your week and what your goals are. Afterwards you will receive a short fitness test and when this is over, you will enjoy a delicious calorie controlled dinner and get to know your fellow boot campers, before going to bed early ready to be woken the next day to start your boot camp experience.

The price includes your shared accommodation, food and beverages, nutritional advice, life coaching, and all your training. It will also include meditation sessions, a mid-week massage, plus all off site activities.

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent. This experience lasts for seven days and nights and operates at least twice a month throughout the year. As availability can be limited please book six to eight weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
