Here is an opportunity to get up close and personal to one of a choice of fascinating animals at the UKs favourite Zoo - Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo, in North Yorkshire.

Flamingo Land Zoo is currently home to well over 120 species of bird, mammal, amphibian, reptile and fish. You can choose from an animal encounter with a Meerkat, Lemur or Penguin - which one of these takes your fancy? This fantastic experience also allows you admission to the Theme Park for the day where you can enjoy their great attractions and thrilling rides at your own leisure, along with a 20% off gift voucher to be spent in the gift shop.

On arrival you will be met by one of the animal keepers and taken right into the animal encounter (Meerkat, Lemur or Penguin). After a brief health and safety briefing you will learn all about the animal whilst feeding them a tasty snack and getting up close and personal in their environment.

Knowsley Safari Park offers a five mile safari drive where you can get up close and personal to lions, rhino, elephant, giraffe, antelope, and of course Knowsleys infamous baboons. During the day you can also visit the sea lion show, bug house and childrens farm. A selection of amusement rides are also available at an additional charge.

Arrive at the park early to get the most out of your day. Complete the safari drive as many times as you like during our opening hours and enjoy our shows and animals in our walk around area. During school holidays and weekends extra animal talks will take place for the meerkats, otters and elephants.

Once in the park your time is your own so you can choose where to go within the park and what time you want to go there. Arriving early ensures you get the most out of your day. The safari drive takes approximately one hour to complete and can be completed more than once during the day if you wish. The park has a large car park to use once you have completed the drive so that you can park up and enjoy the walk around the attractions.

Experience the thrill of freefall in a completely safe environment. Taste the joy of human flight by stepping into the 120mph air stream in this amazing vertical wind tunnel. On arrival you'll be asked to sign a statement of risk to state that you're in reasonable health and fitness, then you'll run through all the fundamental training with your friendly instructor who will also help you 'kit-up' in your flight suit, helmet and goggles. Ever wondered what its like in a washing machine? Of course you have ... well now try it yourself! With no harnesses you are completely free in the ball as you slip and slide around inside with thirty litres of water. On arrival, you will be given a full safety briefing and then you will be taken to a designated safe area to await your turn to ride! When its your turn to go, you'll be taken into the sphereing area. You'll be briefed on how to ride the Sphere safely and then off you'll go, straight down the hill! This experience is for two people and your ride will last from 30 seconds to 1 minute. You should allow at least 1 hour for your visit. The minimum age is 7. Under 18s require parental consent and must be accompanied by an adult in the sphere.

What better way to see the famous sites of London than from onboard a vintage red Double Decker bus and a unique cruise along the River Thames!

Tours will depart from Victoria Coach Station in London and you have a choice of a morning or afternoon tour. You will be met by your guide and board the beautifully restored double-decker bus for your first part of the tour. Enjoy great views of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.

Have your cameras at the ready as you stop for photos at Sir Christopher Wren's masterpiece St. Paul's Cathedral where Admirals Nelson and Wellington lie buried and where Princess Diana was married. Then it's off to the Tower of London that was built nearly a thousand years ago during the reign of William the Conqueror and is now home to the Crown Jewels protected by the famous Beefeaters.

Your guide will find the perfect spot to watch the world famous Changing of the Guard ceremony as the soldiers dressed in their fabulous tunics and busbies march to military music. Your tour will finish back at Victoria Coach Station.
