You will get to helm and crew the modern performance sailing boats with the instructor guiding you through manoeuvres and during the quieter moments you can sit back and enjoy a glass of bubbly. With the sun (hopefully) setting on the horizon it's time to turn around with the wind behind you as the pace chills out and it's time to crack open a bottle of bubbly for a relaxing sail back into the harbour.
