Misleading

I have a basic backpack that I've used previously, but I found it uncomfortable for actual hiking because it's not adjustable to back-length. I thought that "size specific back panel" on this item meant it would be adjustable... but it's not so I will be sending it back.

Other than that it looks like a nice item, but it isn't what I was looking for.
