Third film in the popular CGI-animated children's series following the adventures of a number of New York zoo animals that are deemed unruly and released into the wild. Though their previous attempt to escape Madagascar and make it back to New York failed, Alex the Lion (voice of Ben Stiller), Marty the Zebra (Chris Rock) and Melman the Giraffe (David Schwimmer) remain determined to return to the Big Apple. When the trio find themselves in Monte Carlo on the run from European animal control, they decide that their best chance of making it home is to join a travelling circus as performing animals. Though the circus, LED by a world weary tiger, appears to be on a downward slide, the zest of Alex, Marty and Melman quickly helps to reinvigorate it. But will the circus finally help them make it back to New York. Blu-ray.

Susan Murphy's (voiced by Reese Witherspoon) wedding day is rudely interrupted when from out of nowhere, she's hit by a falling meteor! Amazingly, she survives the collision and proceeds to walk down the aisle looking every inch the glowing bride... glowing green, that is. There, she meets fellow outcasts; a brilliant cockroach with a PhD, a bizarre ape-fish hybrid, a gelatinous and indestructible blob, and a 350 foot grub. When an alien robot with an appetite for destruction lands on Earth, a desperate President calls for the monsters to be released in the hope that they will defend the very people who imprisoned them. Of course, the monsters oblige as they are basically good, despite their outward appearance. In their clumsy effort to save mankind from the alien threat, they prove that they each have something valuable to offer and that together they can really make a difference. DreamWorks Animation and directors Conrad Vernon (Shrek 2) and Rob Letterman (Shark Tale) have created a fun adventure packed full of B-movie references, eye-popping 3D visuals, and quirky-looking monsters kicking alien butt. In this classic crime film, small-time crook Charlie Croker (Michael Caine) organizes a motley group of thieves to steal £4 million worth of gold bullion from an armoured car in Turin, Italy. The mastermind of the heist is Mr. Bridger (Noel Coward), an experienced convict who has come up with the idea, but can't take part in its execution because he's in jail. To pull off the plan, the gang must tie up traffic in the centre of the city to divert attention from the robbery, and ultimately make off with their booty undetected. Yann Martel's ponderous adventure novel gets the big-screen treatment with this lavish adaptation helmed by director Ang Lee. The coming-of-age story surrounds the son of a zoo keeper who survives a shipwreck by stowing away on a lifeboat with a zebra, an orangutan, a hyena, and a Bengal tiger by the name of Richard Parker. Suraj Sharma heads up the cast as the young boy, with Gerard Depardieu, Adil Hussain, Irrfan Khan, Rafe Spall, and Bollywood actress Tabu also starring. Contains 2 discs. Cert PG.

The Spy Kids franchise gets an overhaul with this fourth entry starring Jessica Alba and Joel McHale, who play the parents of the new spy kids, Rebecca (Rowan Blanchard) and Cecil (Mason Cook), as they battle the dreaded Timekeeper (Jeremy Piven). Robert Rodriguez once again helms from his own script, with Spy Kids veterans Alexa Vega, Daryl Sabara, and Antonio Banderas also joining in on the outrageous hijinks. Contains 1 disc. Cert PG.

TOY STORY: was the first feature-length film animated entirely by computer, and is as chock-full of heart and warmth as any Disney cartoon feature. Woody must choose between seeing Andy grow up and forsake him and living a sterile but eternal life behind glass being admired but not played with.
