Fisher-Price Woodsy Friends Bouncer

This product did take me a while to assemble, but maybe that's just me being silly! It was however, worth it when I saw the finished product put together. I admit, it did feel a bit wobbley, and not very sturdy, but once I put my 3-month old little boy in it, it seemed very secure. He was, and still is a very tiny baby, and I don't know how much longer it will last, but for now, it is perfect for him. The removable head rest is very soft and adds extra comfort, and the whole seat is very padded and gave the impression it would feel cosy to sit in. The materical also felt really nice quality, not thin and scratchy like some I had looked at, this is soft and very padded. He wasn't to bolt upright, so I could sit him in front of the telly and give him his bottle while he dozed off and not feel like he would be uncomfortable. He slept very nicely in it for a few hours, then awoke and played with the toys and bounced himself around. I think the vibrations sent him off to sleep, although I don't know how much battery that will take! My biggest complaint with this product is that I wanted something which would play a nice tune, which always seems to capture his attention, but the musical owl literally plays 3 seconds of music before you have to pull it again, I was very disappointed by that. I just got a cheap bouncer for when he was born, and it's made me realise that this was definitely worth spending more money on, he seems happy, content and very cosy! And, as an added bonus, the design is beautiful, fun and cheery, but not tacky.
