Roto Fryer

Kids nagged me to get a chip fryer, but in the past all of the ones ive tried i thought were dangerous.
This one is perfect cooks food lovely doesnt get hot on the outside and only uses half the oil of others.
Definently recommend.

Looks good but awful to use

Difficult to use basket does not lock into place when chips are put in, any bit of weight at it's loose. When lifting up basket to empty it falls back into hot oil. Very disappointed wish I had purchased a more expensive model you get what you pay for.

Excellent Fryer

My old fryer had def seem better days. So i researched many different models, regardless of the price. This model is perfect and uses only half the amount of oil required for standard fryers. It is average price, and does what it says on the box. Food tastes great too.

During my research i noticed that a lot of fryers on the market had very small baskets and would def not feed my lot. This fryer basket is great and one batch of chips does the whole family.

Couple of slight downsides are the lid flips up very fast, due to the lightness of it and it is a tad plastic-ie!!(if thats a real word?). Apart from that, i am very happy with it.

In praise of Delonghi's F28313 Rotofryer

I had first considered buying this product over 2 years ago but discounted it in favour of a far more conventional deep fryer. However, following a very disappointing and potentially dangerous failure of an expensive "exposed element" deep fryer purchased from a well known brand range of kitchen electrical equipment - elected to give the Roto-Fryer a go - It is a superb product and I only wish that I had bought it much earlier.

Good product

Haven't used it much yet, but it's easy to use and to clean. Need to experiment to get chips crispy. Cool to touch, so safe there. Very strong spring on the lid, which might cause problems and possibly tip the product over. Satisfied overall though.
