First Class Coffee Maker!

I can't recommend this enough!

Partnered with a good ground coffe this makes perfect espresso's and cappuccinos every time.

My advice would be to run a full tank of water through it first and then to clean as you go, this then takes no longer than it would to make a normal coffee but the reward is so much better.

Why didn't I buy one sooner?!

Good but could be better

This is overall a decent machine and I can make nice coffee with it. It does have some flaws though, which I think are disappointing, especially given the price.

The length of the milk frother and its location, along with its limited range of movement, means having to limit the size of the container used and the volume of milk. In addition you have to hold it at an angle and can't place it underneath and leave the frother to do its job.

The frother itself consists of an inner and outer sleeve, which might mean it can be easily cleaned, but also means you must take it apart after every use to ensure it is clean. Simply blowing steam through the nozzle isn't enough even in the short term.

On my machine, I hope not everyone's, the mating surface between the filter and pump is so tight it requires gripping the base of the machine while twisting to prevent the whole from moving. And I do mean it takes some force to achieve.

Finally, the hinges on the water jug lid are extremely thin and flimsy and break very easily.

Overall, while it does its job, it is poorly designed and while it looks nice I would not pay as much for a machine with these problems.

Great Coffee Machine :-)

Great product
the only thing thats bugs me about it is my cups are to big! I have to take the base out to put the cups underneath.

Great Machine

This is a simple to use machine. Very straight forward and good design. Easy to keep clean. Takes up a small amount of space on the kitchen counter and most importantly - it makes really good coffee (and hot chocolate). The milk frother component on the side works really well.
