Bought these for my elderly Mum so she could have one in her bedroom & one in the lounge, they are ok but you have a tendency to cut people off when talking as the buttons are design are not great, i suppose you get what you pay for, i wouldnt buy them again & wouldnt recommend

Nice looking set easy to use and stylish design. Only drawback can receiver can easily slide off base if not careful when replacing it.

Great phones

Great phones from BT.The handsets are a nice size..not too big,not too small,and the numbers on the keypad are a good size so you won't be reaching for your glasses just to make a call !.The readout is big and clear,and the menu system is easy to navigate even if you're a techno phobe.I'd recommend these phones to anyone.

Excellent for the price

Brilliant phones for the price, comes with one for another room which is always easier than running for the phone. Comfortable to hold, easy to use. The only downfall, hence losing a star, is the shockingly earpiercing internal ringtone and the choice of other tones. Everytime it rings my dog stares in fright and starts howling! Nightmare (but funny all the same)

you're not connected

don't waste your money on these phones. the battery life is so short.When you are on the phone to somebody it keeps braking up and you cant hear the person on the other side
