Nice looking kettle

Nice looking kettle that boils water quickly. Only down side it that there is a smell in the kettle that is supposed to disappear once the kettle has been boiled a couple of times. I can still smell after using several times, however the smell is getting better with each use.

Wobbles on base when it boils

First kettle had to be returned as dented and very wobbly on its base when boiling, ordered a replacement but still quite wobbly though not as bad.

Nice kettle....shame about the smell!

The instructions advised to boil the kettle twice to remove any residue left over from the manufacturing procces. After having done this the smell from the kettle was foul, and the water turned brown. I boiled it several more times, no change. Replaced kettle with same model, got same result. Shame but after two chances giving up.
