This lightweight Bosch ART 23 Accutrim cordless grass trimmer gives your lawn the professional touch.

Art 23 Accutrim

Great product if I could use it. Unable to remove battery pack, due to Arthritic Hands. Time someone invented a tool to aid sufferers with this problem. Battery has to be fully charged prior to use.

changing from normal trimming to edging could not be easier

Good Strimmer

This is a good strimmer - I have been using it at my allotment for turf edges and grassy weeds - good battery life - easy to handle - blades are so much better than the old-style line system although you will break them if not careful when strimming near very hard objects so always make sure you have some of the spares on the special holder on the strimmer if away from home. I think this is a good standard strimmer for light to moderate work.

Shame it's not more powerful

It's a shame about this strimmer. If it was more powerful, perhaps a corded version, then it might do the job. As it is, the power fades after maybe 15 minutes,

It's ok to use in small doses, but to do a decent sized garden could take a couple of days or more, doing a little bit at a time, and that's if you keep the grass down regularly. If you let the grass grow, of if there are a lot of thick weeds, then you'll need to use a more powerful machine first.

The blades are pretty good. Easy to change and not too expensive (��4.50 for a pack of 24 if you look around) and can easily cut through the less thick weeds. Unfortunately, as soon as the power starts to fade, it's nigh on impossible to cut anything, even short sparse patches of grass.
