does what it says on the box!!

I suffer from osteo-arthritis so cant do many sit ups as it is too painful, i decided to give this a go as my partner (used to be a personal trainer and sports physio) said that i'd be better off with it as it will not pull so much on my back, neck and hips. I was sceptical, he was right. Works for me, so i'm happy

What I wanted!

I am a beginner and trying to get fit. I had used one of these at the gym and decided to get one to carry on using at home. It was easy to put together and is what I wanted. As I expected its a bit of a pain to store but tripping over it means I use it more.

Would recommend for beginners as it comfortable and does what it says.

Great item at a great price. Only downside is it does not fold down so is bulky to store

Sturdy but bulky

This was good value for money but it was a lot bigger than I thought it would be so it takes up a lot of room in my bedroom. A bit too bulky. Would have been nice if it had been a bit more slimline. But it is very sturdy and does the job.

Excellent for home fitness

Easy to use. Find it much more comfortable for doing sit ups that without using it. Great value for money! Hopefully see some inches come off the old waist now.
