Sick?

I was taking these as well as having laser lipo and eating 1000cal or less each day with regualr exercise. The only thing i felt from these was nausea and diziness.

Wont continue to take them. waste of money.

better than expected!

I ordered these after trying several weight loss plans including tablets from the doctors. My biggest problem has always been the amount of food i crave, seems i'm always hungry.
after reading that these tablets could help surpress my appetite i thought i would give them a go even though i was very doubtful they would actually work.....turns out they have i lost 7lb in the first week....the thing to be careful for is to make sure you do eat something even if you're not hungry....i would def recommend this product

I'm about to order my second lot!

I bought a bumper tub of these back in April and have just run out and about to buy another tub. I found these really helped me loose those extra pounds I was finding hard to shift. I did start a daily workout which i think really helped but i am basically doing nothing much now and I take 2 of these tablets before breakfast and they have helped keep my weight down. Starting off with 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon at lunch really helped and now down to 2 a day (only because I was running out of them!) I dropped a very comfortable dress size and am also feeling a lot happier! I did read somewhere the ingredients of the tablets (Green Tea I think) does make you feel happier and thats a bonus. For the past 6 months I can honestly say i havent really given my weight much thought and I used to always be aware of the extra pounds around my middle. They worked for me and i am about to buy some more so in my opinion they work!

Excellent for energy.

Good product for energy, wouldn't agree with weight loss, however, if eaten with a healthy diet and plenty of exercise great for body toning. I would buy this product again.
