I used this product to get to work everyday well for 8 weeks till i had to replace pedals.[...].As i am only 11 stone and should of took my weight.Then i fell off it in the icey snow then the weak crank needed replacing and the back wheel cog broke too.So NOO would never recommend.

at first i thought it would be like them standard suspesion bikes,u know where u bounce when your ridding,far from it, the design of the back suspension means that u can ajust it where u wouldent even move when u hit a bump at high speed,if u wanted.its all ready half put together so thats a another plus.i would go as far as to say this is the best bike i have ever had and being 26 i have had many many bikes also.

2 months in the rear gear snapped inside and could no longer ride the bike, complete replacement rear wheel and gear sent ( wrong colour, wrong gear, sent silver rim and 6 speed gear) another replacement was sent in total took a month.
Now on month 10 and the chain has snapped.
i only ride the bike 15 mins each way into town to catch my bus to work which i have only been doing for the past 2 weeks due to my car not passing the MOT, b4 that the odd trip to the shop at the weekend. not heavy usage.

Gears kept slipping, Every half turn of pedal i could hear a clunk, Brakes got very squeaky.

Best bike I've had and the price of it was a massive surprise! My friend has the same and recommended it so I was at an advantage as i got to 'test drive' it. Would recommend it to anyone thinking of a good value bike that looks the business

The colour of the bike is deceiving when looking on catalogue, and on box it says orange but it is more a red! but saying that still looks good. Everything was easy to fit except the saddle,you have to put a bit of grease on it to ease it in, but the hole was just not big enough! but had to slightly bend the metal where the saddle goes in to get the saddle on. Not a major thing but annoying when its the last thing to fit and it doesn't go straight in like it should! The chain comes well oiled and is packed fantastically. I cannot comment on performance yet as it is a Christmas present for my son. I do know he will be very chuffed with this bike and will love showing it off to his friends and at nearly 13 that's the most important thing!!!![...]

my son and me had two of the barracudas bikes , and with in two weeks the crank whent on them, i say to enyone dont bother with the bikes as you will whast youer money on them

had 2 of the Barracuda bikes for me and my son. the both crank started to get play I'n it witch left the gears constantly jumping.When I'n low gear it was making a grinding noise. so both the bike are going back i would say to you all do not buy them. you will be unhappy with them. what a joke for[$]sould last more than 10 day`s.
